Petitioner\u2019s brief in opposition to Respondent\u2019s Preliminary Objections (4 copies) shall be filed and served within 30 days of service of Respondent\u2019s brief. Any reply brief (4 copies) may be filed in accordance with Pa. R.A.P. 2185.<\/p>\n<p>Upon receipt of the briefs set forth above, as well as the parties\u2019 respective briefs relating to Petitioner\u2019s Application for Summary Relief and Respondent\u2019s response thereto, as directed by this Court\u2019s July 21, 2020 Order, the Prothonotary is directed to list both Petitioner\u2019s Application for Summary Relief and Respondent\u2019s Preliminary Objections for collective argument on the next available list.
