Attorneys for the Mapley sisters have filed a motion to dismiss Philip Brumleys’ appeal, stating that the Brumley order is not an appealable Order in the Ninth Court of Appeals. Plaintiffs are also asking for further sanctions against Watch Tower and Brumley for bringing this frivolous appeal to the Appellate Court.<\/p>\n
