The Hardin Congregation is a non-party to this litigation. As such, it is seeking to intervene pursuant to Rule 24(b), F.R.Civ.P. to for the limited and exclusive purpose of responding to the plaintiffs&#8217; motion as it has a vested interest in the resolution of the issues raised by plaintiffs.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Conclusion.<br \/>\nPursuant to applicable Montana case law on point, this Court must preserve the sanctity of the Jehovah&#8217;s Witnesses right to maintain all of the communications at issue in strict confidence in accordance with church doctrine, canon and established practice.
