PER CURIAM ORDER

NOW, August 18, 2020, upon consideration of Respondent’s Preliminary Objections to Petitioner’s Petition for Review, and Petitioner’s response thereto, Respondent’s brief in support of its Preliminary Objections (4 copies) shall be filed and served no later than September 18, 2020. Petitioner’s brief in opposition to Respondent’s Preliminary Objections (4 copies) shall be filed and served within 30 days of service of Respondent’s brief. Any reply brief (4 copies) may be filed in accordance with Pa. R.A.P. 2185.

Upon receipt of the briefs set forth above, as well as the parties’ respective briefs relating to Petitioner’s Application for Summary Relief and Respondent’s response thereto, as directed by this Court’s July 21, 2020 Order, the Prothonotary is directed to list both Petitioner’s Application for Summary Relief and Respondent’s Preliminary Objections for collective argument on the next available list.
