O R D E R

AND NOW, this 11th day of March, 2021, Respondent’s Preliminary Objections and Petitioner’s Application for Summary Relief (Application) having been listed for oral argument before the Court en banc on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, it is hereby ORDERED that 40 minutes shall be set aside for argument in this matter. Respondent shall have 20 minutes to argue in support of its Preliminary Objections (including rebuttal) and to respond to Petitioner’s Application. Petitioner shall have 20 minutes to argue in support of its Application (including rebuttal) and to respond to Respondent’s Preliminary Objections.

Argument shall proceed as follows:

1. Respondent shall proceed first to argue in support of its Preliminary Objections.

2. Petitioner shall proceed next to respond to the Preliminary Objections and to argue in support of its Application.

3. Respondent shall then proceed to offer any rebuttal regarding its Preliminary Objections and to respond to Petitioner’s argument in support of its Application.

4. Petitioner shall proceed last to offer any rebuttal regarding its Application.

The parties shall inform the Court at the start of argument how they intend to use their allotted time.
